Please log in to your Fashionstrendz account. Click on the My Account section at the top right corner of your screen. To cancel an order/item, select it. Click the "Cancel" button. It's done! The order has been cancelled.

Yes! Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been packed. As soon as the order is cancelled, we refund the entire amount paid for the order.

Quite simple! Log in with your credentials and visit the My Account section. Click on Return to raise a Return Request . Our Support team will soon reach you with Instructions regarding Refund and Order Pick up .

This only happens when we encounter a technical issue. No worries! You can still receive your money by visiting the Order details page and re-submitting the bank account details.
