REFUND POLICY

Return/Exchange:

Whenever returning an item, it must be in the same condition as it was received. You must also have the original packaging. The refund policy gets processed within 5-7 days.

If the product is eligible for return/replacement, you may submit a request from the My Order section of the app within seven days of delivery. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products, with all labels and tags intact, in their original packing, and eligible for a return, can be returned or replaced.

Once you request the return of an item, a pick-up is scheduled. After receipt of your return request, our courier partners will collect the item within three to five business days. After the return has been ordered, we will initiate the reimbursement.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it through the My Order section. You may also send us an email at enterprisesfiscal@gmail.com.

Refund:

To get your money back for the goods, you need to ensure that they are still in their original packaging and have not been used. You can only request a replacement for an item if it is broken, flawed, or was sent to you in error. We will need to see an unpacking video to receive further assistance.
