Cancellations Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Within 24 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever occurs first.
• Requests must be submitted by contacting our customer support team via email.
• Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
• You may, however, return the item after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Modifying Existing Orders

• Changes to items or delivery addresses are not permitted after placing an order.
• To make modifications, you must cancel the original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
